My young client really was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Five arrests of five guys running from a car associated with this attempted murder shooting in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver. But a careful analysis of the physical evidence, which neither the Denver Police nor the prosecutor had done, showed 4 guns and 5 defendants. My client never had a gun and had no knowledge of a plan to shoot at anyone.
